About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior PPC Manager to join our performance marketing team. You’ll work on paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads — helping brands drive real growth. This is a great opportunity if you're early in your marketing career, passionate about data, and want to learn from a team of experienced strategists.

Location & Working Model

Lisbon (Hybrid) 3 Days in the Office (Monday to Wednesday)

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Monitor campaign performance and flag any anomalies or trends that deviate from expectations.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to inform decision‑making and optimize campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of campaign activities and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular reconciliations and ensure data integrity in reporting.
• Proactively seek solutions to challenges and strive to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and contribute to strategic planning.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Familiarity with additional ad platforms (TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of PPC and major PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with resilience and maintain high standards.
• Good analytical mind and ability to interpret data effectively.
• Common sense and practical problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
