A leading multinational company in Portugal is seeking a Junior Payroll Administrative to assist with payroll processing for Sunglass Hut and Ray-Ban employees. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Office Suite. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to work for a global leader in the eyewear industry.

  • Review of salary calculations, benefit adjustments and income tax.
  • Active participation in improving processes in your field of activity.
  • Resolution and management of service-related incidents.
  • Internal customer service.
  • Data analysis and interpretation.

Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

For our offices in Rio de Mouro, we are looking for a Junior Payroll Administrative, who will assist with payroll processing, hiring and terminations, among other activities, for Sunglass Hut and Ray-ban employees, for a period of one year.

Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Support in managing hiring, registrations, cancellations, changes in working hours and terminations;
  • Support in payroll management;
  • Support in SAP system management;
  • Review of salary calculations, benefit adjustments and income tax;
  • Active participation in improving processes in your field of activity;
  • Resolution and management of service-related incidents;
  • Internal customer service;
  • Data analysis and interpretation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or similar;
  • Some previous similar experience would be an advantage;
  • Organisational and self-management skills;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive);
  • Organizational skills and good communication skills;
Languages
  • Native Portuguese
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
