Job Description:

Our Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI) Department enables clients to make data-driven decisions to help them grow. We do this by listening to their needs, establishing research strategies, and providing relevant insights and recommendations, while minimizing their time investment by supporting decision-making processes.

We are looking for a passionate individual about all aspects of market research who can manage projects from start to finish, understanding client needs and performing analyses to deliver clear action points in collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the project lifecycle, including questionnaire design, quotas, updates, fieldwork follow-ups, data weighting, report updates, and automation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing Science, IT Development).
  • Serving as a primary contact with clients, leading communications and meetings.
  • Working autonomously within team guidelines, planning project milestones, managing client feedback, ensuring quality, and supporting client presentations.
  • Encouraging the use of genAI solutions, process improvements, and adapting to evolving market research practices.

Candidate profile:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in consumer or custom research, quantitative data analysis, questionnaire design, and client interaction.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and experience with brand tracking and multi-country projects.
  • Interest or knowledge in the automotive and mobility sectors.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with good organizational skills.
  • Positive, open personality with eagerness to learn and grow in market research.
