Bosch Car Multimedia, S.A. in Braga, Portugal invites an extracurricular internship in Computer Science / Information Systems. Join a global team within Bosch Group to design and develop software, resolve issues, and apply best coding practices. The role emphasizes full-stack skills, QA, and collaboration across agile project teams.

You will contribute to CI/CD, documentation, and end-user training while gaining hands-on experience in a multinational automotive electronics environment.

Qualificações

• Background in IT or computer science and study focus in software development.
• Strong understanding of the software lifecycle and QA practices.
• Experience implementing unit tests in full-stack environments.
• Competence in object-oriented programming and software design.
• Hands-on with Laravel MVC and frontend frameworks (Vue.js/React).
• Database design and management with MySQL (MS-SQL/Oracle a plus).
• Team player, able to work in an agile setting.

Your contribution to something big:

• Design and develop software;

• Develop quality assurance and test procedures for automatic functionality validation;

• Cooperate on requirements definition with project team.

What distinguishes you:

• Background in IT or computer science;
• Knowledge of the software lifecycle;
• Ability to implement best practices for Software Quality (testing);
• Ability to develop unit testing components - Full-stack;
• Understand concepts of software engineering;
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming;
• Experience using Laravel MVC Framework (Entity is a plus);
• Experience with web app development including frontend frameworks and libraries like Vue.js (React or Bootstrap is a plus);
• Database design and management skills in MySQL (MS-SQL or Oracle is a plus);
• Ability to work as a team in an agile environment;
