Workato is seeking a motivated Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Almada team. You will assist in developing and implementing machine learning models to support our projects and products, working closely with senior engineers.

As a contract employee, you will gain hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow and Keras, and collaborate with data scientists to preprocess data and extract features for training models. Accommodation or visa sponsorship are not provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, regression/classification algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python, R or Java.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques (cleaning, feature selection/extraction).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

Junior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to support our projects and products. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month.

As a contract employee, you will not be provided with accommodation or visa sponsorship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without previous work experience to gain hand-on experience in the field of machine learning.

• Work closely with senior engineers to understand project requirements and design machine learning solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models using tools like Python, Tensorflow, and Keras
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess data and extract features for training models
• Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and suggest ways to incorporate them into our projects
