IRIUM is seeking a Java Full Stack – Junior to contribute to the development and enhancement of scalable software solutions. The role requires strong Java Spring skills, Agile practices, and solid English proficiency, with a hybrid Lisbon work setup and a 3-day-per-week in-office schedule.

Ideal candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn rapidly, and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives while delivering high-quality code and solutions.

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in Java Spring.
• Experience developing and enhancing software components across systems and applications.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot application issues.
• Ability to work independently and actively contribute to team discussions.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• English – minimum C1.
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon.
