This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in CS, strong OS, networking and hardware knowledge, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Salary starts at 1,700 USD per month.

You will support employees, manage security and backups, train staff, and stay current with tech trends in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware components.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
