knok is seeking a Junior Healthcare Data Analyst to turn complex healthcare data into meaningful insights. You’ll work with datasets from EHR, demographics, and operations to improve care delivery and decision-making.

You will develop dashboards and reports, collaborate across teams and apply statistical methods to support population health and outcome optimisation in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Strong data modeling and database design skills.
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Strong attention to data quality and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, and analyse healthcare data from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate key metrics to clinicians, operations, and leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product management, and clinical operations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform statistical analysis to support population health management, risk stratification, and clinical outcome optimisation.
• Contribute to improving data quality by identifying issues and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
