Concentrix in Lisbon is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and management reporting across operations in Portugal.

You will analyze financial performance, coordinate bi-monthly reviews for key accounts, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, and work with senior management to provide accurate cost and investment insights. Fluent English and Portuguese are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide solid financial support to Management and assist in regular business analysis.
• Coordinate bi-monthly business reviews for Key Accounts to deepen knowledge of accounts.
• Support controlling tasks of housing rents and prepare monthly reports for Senior Management Controller and CFO.
• Monitor recruitment costs and elaborate reports linking investment with attrition and market conditions.
• Assist on costing and pricing tool updates to ensure higher accuracy.
• Support on budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast and outturn processes.
• Participate in Internal Audit to control financial risk across processes.
• Review operational reports to assess the impact of events on project results.
• Monitor indirect wages costs and prepare monthly tracking reports.
• Back up the Senior Management Controller when needed.
• Support month-end closing with accounting team.

Job Description

The FP&A Analyst position reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and is responsible for providing solid financial support to Management.

• Support regular business analysis and allow deeper monitoring of the operational and financial activity of Concentrix operations in Portugal.
• Coordinate bi-monthly business reviews for Key Accounts in order to promote better and deeper knowledge of those account.
• Support the controlling tasks of the Housing rent costs (rooms 'rents for agents) in coordination with third parties and prepare monthly reports to Senior Management Controller and CFO;
• Regular monitorization of the recruitment costs, to ensure deeper cost monitorization while linking the evolution of investment with attrition, absenteeism and market conditions. Elaborate reports to give visibility on the monthly return on the investment done.
• Support on the costing and pricing tool´s update in order to guarantee higher accuracy.
• Support Senior Management Controller on the business/financial estimations processes (Budget, forecast, rolling forecast, outturn);
• Internal Audit – Internal audit of the most relevant processes/departments in order to control financial risk.
• Review operational reports of main accounts to ease the understanding and measure the impact of operational events on the results of each project.
• Monitorization of indirect wages costs evolution through a monthly report, presenting ins and outs, weight of wages over each CC, budget trackability and others.
• Back up to the Senior Management Controller.
• Support accounting team on the month closing process when needed.
