ManpowerGroup GBS Portugal in Porto seeks an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, analysis and reporting across international operations. You will build models, forecast performance, prepare management reports, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in decision support functions at medium/large companies with international operations.
• Experience providing input to senior leadership and regional management on financial performance and planning actions.
• Knowledge of Company’s systems, architectures, and enabling technologies.
• Knowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties, and compliance best practices.
• Comfortable managing operational decisions and driving strategic direction of the regional GBS.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and analyze historical data.
• Support budgeting and provide analysis to help management make pricing, product, and strategic decisions.
• Prepare financial reports to communicate performance to management and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial plans with strategic goals.
