Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Florist to join our team in Almada. As a growing floral design company, we are looking for someone who is passionate about flowers and has a strong eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior florist to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders
• Prepare and maintain fresh flowers, plants, and other materials used in arrangements
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
• Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Assist with deliveries as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in floral design preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and color coordination
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Education

A degree or certification in floral design is preferred but not required.

Salary

Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location

This position is based in Almada, Portugal. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
