Job description

We are a busy and thriving flower shop located in the beautiful city of Almada and we are seeking a creative and dedicated Junior Florist to join our team

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about flowers and wants to start their career in the floral industry

As a Junior Florist you will be responsible for assisting our senior florists with daily tasks such as arranging flowers, creating bouquets and centerpieces and maintaining the shops inventory

You will also have the chance to interact with customers helping them choose the perfect arrangement for their special occasions

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented with an eye for design

Previous experience in a flower shop or related field is not required but a strong interest in floristry is a must

We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

As this is an entry-level position we offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month as well as opportunities for growth within our company

We also provide flexible working hours to accommodate students or those with other commitments

Therefore we prefer candidates who are already living in Almada or have their own visawork permit
