Job summary

CTI is seeking a Feasibility Study Specialist I in Lisbon, Portugal. The role supports feasibility analysis, site and investigator assessments, and data compilation for proposals and post‑award studies. This position reports to the Feasibility Manager and can be located in any country CTI has a legal entity.

Requires a high school diploma, 0–1 year CRO/pharma experience, and fluent English. You will build reports, surveys, track responses, and coordinate with internal teams and sponsors to

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with interest in clinical research.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile information on therapeutic areas and incidence/prevalence.
• Carry out database and literature searches for site identification.
• Assist in selecting potential sites and investigators and present results to the team.
• Draft emails and surveys to obtain investigator feedback on enrollment and feasibility.
• Create online surveys and track responses for decision making.
• Ensure real-time feasibility tracking and organize information for review.
• Follow up with sponsors and site staff on feasibility status.
• Enter data into the CTI feasibility database to keep it up to date.
• Prepare call scripts for site feasibility teleconferences and review with management.
• Organize feasibility calls and assist in preparing presentations and reports for sponsors.
