  • Work from clearly defined requirements to answer well-scoped questions from marketing stakeholders, escalating risks, ambiguities, or blockers to senior team members
  • Own small workstreams or components within larger marketing analytics projects, helping the team become more data-driven
  • Build core skills in data analysis, visualization, and marketing analytics tools, progressively taking on more independent ownership as you grow in the Data Analyst role
YOU BRING

  • Intellectually curious, high energy, and strong work ethic; eager to learn how to work with, normalize, and synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Process-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work from defined requirements and established processes, and to clearly flag roadblocks, constraints, or ambiguities to more senior team members
  • A natural attention to detail, with an instinct to double-check and validate data for accuracy and consistency
  • Curiosity about how marketing metrics connect to broader revenue and financial outcomes is a plus
  • Exposure to analytics/tracking platforms such as Google Analytics 4 or Amplitude is valued but not required
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
