A leading global company based in Aveiro is seeking a Junior Controller for FP&A Projects. The role involves managing the MDG master data system for the Europe Controlling team, supporting monthly reporting and analysis, and ensuring effective financial data management. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in economics with finance or accounting focus, along with excellent analytical skills and fluent English. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, or business information systems.
• Preferably, you have already gained work experience in above-mentioned areas.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
• Affinity for numbers & IT with a good understanding of financial systems.
• Structured working style and good time management.
• Fluent English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Mainly responsible for MDG master data system for Europe Controlling team.
• Support in monthly inventory analysis & reporting.
• Responsible for creation of monthly reporting decks.
• Owning the sec. cost allocation process including statistical key figures.

IT-related / System responsibility

• Mainly responsible for MDG master data system for Europe Controlling team (focus on system functionalities, approval flow, support of Business partner)
• Approval flows for other systems such as IBM Planning Tool, CO
• Support in adjusting & improving monthly & annual cycles in SAP

Reporting

• Support in monthly inventory analysis & reporting
• Support in monthly CapEx reporting (e.g create report & dashboards)
• Responsible for creation of monthly reporting decks
• Quarterly Yellow Flag Reporting

Other

• Support in updating relevant master data (e.g cost center, profit center master data & hierarchies)
• Owning the sec. cost allocation process incl. Statistical key figures

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, business information systems/ IT
• Preferably, you have already gained work experience in above mentioned areas
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach
• Affinity for numbers & IT, a good understanding of financial systems will also be considered
• Structured way of working & good time management
• Fluent English skills
