Mercer in Lisbon is seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Team on a hybrid basis, with at least three days in the office. You will support projects across benefits, pensions, investments, and HR, helping prepare data, presentations and information gathering.

The role requires a degree in management, economics, mathematics, or engineering; fluent English and native Portuguese; strong analytical and communication skills; and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Python/SQL, and BI

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Support and participate on projects from different lines of business (benefits projects, pension & investments projects and human resources projects);
• Give support on the preparation of data, presentations and the collection of information;
• Production of reports;
• Guarantee that all tasks are done timely and with client delivery quality.

What you need to have:

• Degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar;
• Fluent English level and Portuguese native level;
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
• Accountability and ownership.
