We’re looking for a Junior Colleague Experience Partner to take ownership of the efficient and effective administration of HR operational activities within our Lisbon hub. In this role, you’ll support a variety of HR functions, including managing administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, maintaining employee records, overseeing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and more. The position requires working onsite at our office twice a week.
