• Commercial or technical education; ideally with additional training in procurement.
• Initial experience in operational or strategic procurement.
• Basic knowledge of contract management, TCO analysis, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in ERP / procurement systems (e.g., SAP or comparable systems).
• Understanding of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and master data management.

• Creation and maintenance of purchase orders, call-offs, and framework agreement implementations
• Monitoring order status, delivery schedules, and deviations
• Supporting supplier evaluations and performance tracking
• Ensuring compliance with procurement processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards
• Maintenance of master data and procurement-related system information
