Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, translate needs into functional specs, and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure clear understanding.

You will participate in meetings, map processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, creating reports and user stories while supporting testing activities.
