MoOngy, an international group specializing in Engineering and IT with a presence across Europe and North Africa, is looking for a Junior Billing & Operational Control Officer to join the team in Lisbon. The role blends finance and operations, focusing on data accuracy, monthly billing consolidation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Hybrid work with two days at the office and a six‑month office-based start. English is mandatory, French/Spanish are a plus.

Qualificações

• Up to 1 year of experience in billing, finance, administration or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Excel (mandatory).
• English mandatory; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support the validation and consolidation of monthly billing data.
• Monitor consultant allocation and time tracking records.
• Help identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Assist in the management of purchase orders and contract documentation.
• Support invoice preparation and issuance processes.
• Assist with client onboarding activities, including compliance checks.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams on daily activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting activities.
