Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership.
• Strong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure for AV/ADAS testing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage small teams under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resources, and reporting.
• Supervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring safety and deadlines.
• Use knowledge of local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize operations.
• Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, safety, operations, and project management to align fieldwork with project objectives.
• Contribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff, providing feedback to improve performance and safety compliance.
• Prepare status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory review.
