Randstad Digital Portugal is seeking a junior professional to manage client accounts across local and global markets, handling opening, modification, and closing activities within banking operations.

The role emphasizes accurate handling of sensitive configurations (fees, FX operations) and direct client communication, with a focus on meticulous daily validations and supporting documentation.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and basic knowledge of database management (IBM).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, teamwork, effective communication, and a client-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Account Management: Opening, modifying, and closing accounts (LCN, cash, and securities) in local and global markets.
• Special Configurations: Support for sensitive setups, such as fees and foreign exchange operations (auto-FX, derogations, and exclusions).
• Communication & Control: Direct contact with clients and service partners, maintaining high rigor and detail in daily validations and supporting files.
