Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software QuickBooks, Xero, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
• Recording day-to-day financial transactions in the general ledger
• Reconciling accounts and preparing bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitoring expenses and preparing variance analysis reports
• Communicating with clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
