As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Act as the first point of contact for customers
Handle queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve issues related to products, orders, accounts, or technical concerns
Adapt quickly to new tools and processes
Work collaboratively with team leaders and quality teams to improve customer satisfaction
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities
Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation support provided)
For some projects: Technical knowledge or B2B cloud experience
For specific roles: Minimum age of 21
