Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Test Lead to shape the testing strategy and oversee design and execution of tests. You will manage analysts, report progress to stakeholders, and guide defect tracking within an international, French-speaking team.

We value ISTQB knowledge, Agile experience, and a strong customer focus, complemented by a commitment to integrity and collaboration. The role is hybrid with Lisbon office presence.

Qualificações

• Degree in Informatics or related field with at least 5 years in test activities.
• Fluency in French for international team communication.
• Experience building test strategies and schedules; able to manage one or more software testers.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Octane, Jira and Confluence; knowledge of API testing and SQL.
• Strong understanding of ISTQB and Agile environments.
• Systematic, critical thinking with coordination and risk identification.

What will you do?

• Contribute to the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan, overseeing test design and execution;
• Manage test analysts, report progress to project stakeholders, and conduct project committees for test progress and defect tracking;
• Ensure the correct prioritization of tests and input test subjects into the designated tools;
• Identify and manage project anomalies, actively contributing to their correction and subsequent validation;
• Ensure the elaboration, validation, and communication of all test project deliverables within your scope.
