Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Java Developer (Kotlin) to join our Lisbon development team in a hybrid model. You will support migrating insurance software from a monolithic architecture to microservices and develop backend services using Java or Kotlin in a desktop-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Java/Kotlin experience, previous migration work (preferably to microservices), strong communication skills, and English level B2.

• Experience migrating software to microservices.
