Wire IT, based in Portugal, is a specialized IT consulting partner with 18 years of experience. We are seeking a senior Java developer for a fully remote role to join our international client projects and collaborate with an experienced, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java EE, JSF/Primefaces, and persistence with JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (SVN) required.
• Good communication, proactivity and empathy in a remote, international team.

Required skills:

• 4+ years of experience with Java
• Strong experience with Java EE, JSF/Primefaces, JPA/Hibernate, EJB, CDI, Java Swing
• Solid knowledge of Agile, SVN, SQL.
• Good soft skills, proactivity and empathy.
