Decskill is hiring a Java Software Developer to strengthen our IT team. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of our trading platform, bringing 5+ years of software experience and at least 2 years in leadership. Strong English skills and C# experience are essential.

You will work in an agile environment, focusing on quality, security and performance, with opportunities to collaborate across national projects and international contexts within the Astek Group.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years software development experience with 2+ years in IT team leadership.
• C# experience is required.
• SDLC experience.
• Ability to focus on targets and deliver results.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real-time systems.
• Experience in migration/refactoring projects to new rails.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the trading platform.
• Ensure high quality, security and performance of the platform.
• Participate in an agile software development lifecycle including analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the production support team for releases and maintenance.

We are looking for an Java Software Developer!

Mission:

As a key member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the user experience of our internal and external financial applications.

Responsabilities:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the trading platform.
• Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years software development experience, with at least 2 years as an IT team lead.
• C# experience.
• SDLC experience.
• Focusing on targets (tasks).
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real-time systems.
• Experience in migration / refactoring projects to new rails.
• Good level of english.
