Olisipo in Lisbon is seeking a backend Java developer to design and maintain microservices across Checkout, MyAccount and ODR Processing areas. You will implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and drive OpenAPI-guided documentation while building unit and integration tests to raise code quality.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Java backend development with microservices experience.

• Interest in IAM technologies (Keycloak, Okta, OIDC) and security practices.

Profile:

• Around 2 years of professional experience in backend development using Java;
• Knowledge of microservices development;
• Knowledge of RESTful API and/or GraphQL development;
• Familiarity with OpenAPI and API documentation;
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing;
• Knowledge of code quality and security tools, notably SonarQube and Snyk;
• Knowledge of Git and GitLab, including pull requests and code review processes;
• Interest in IAM technologies and concepts, notably Keycloak, Okta and OIDC;
• Experience or knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java microservices for products in the Checkout, MyAccount and ODR Processing areas, under the guidance of senior developers;
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, in accordance with OpenAPI documentation standards;
• Develop unit and integration tests, contributing to the quality gates in the pipelines;
• Take part in various Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives;
• Adhere to development standards, security guidelines and pull request processes via GitLab;
• Support the integration of IAM flows, namely Keycloak, Okta and OIDC, with guidance from senior team members;
• Take part in the analysis and resolution of technical issues, gradually developing autonomy;
• Take part in a structured upskilling programme, with support from technical specialists;
• Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement of development and quality practices.
