Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our Lisbon team, delivering robust REST APIs and microservices with Java 11/17+ and Spring Boot. The role emphasizes accessible, high-quality code and collaboration in a hybrid environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Fullstack Developer experience with Java 11/17+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and accessible, high-quality code.
• DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana, Dynatrace).
• Ability to coordinate technical activities and lead development teams in an Agile banking environment.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Alignment with our corporate culture and strong sense of integrity.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork.

What are we looking for?

• Solid professional experience (5+ years) as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong background in Java 11/17+ and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and digital accessibility, with a focus on high-quality code.
• Experience with DevOps and cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and application monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana, Dynatrace).
• Proven ability to coordinate technical activities, lead development teams, and collaborate effectively in an Agile, critical banking environment.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a high sense of responsibility.
