act digital is seeking a Java/Angular Fullstack Developer to join an international, Agile team in Porto. You will contribute to development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications, collaborating with multiple squads and stakeholders.

The role requires strong Java/Spring and Angular expertise, plus exposure to DevOps tooling and databases. Travel within Portugal and internationally may be required.

Are you a passionate Full Stack Developer looking for your next challenge in an international and Agile environment?

We are looking for a Java/Angular Fullstack Developer to join a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications.

• Participate in requirements analysis and specification based on user needs.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications.
• Ensure the continuous evolution and improvement of existing solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation in line with established guidelines.
• Deploy applications across production and non-production environments.
• Develop a strong understanding of the functional and technical aspects of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with different Agile squads according to business priorities.
• Spring Framework, Spring Boot 3, Spring Cloud, and Spring Batch
• Hibernate and Lombok

Frontend:

• Angular 17–21
• TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and PrimeNG
• Jest

DevOps & Infrastructure:

• Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, Kafka, and Kafka Connect
• Experience with DevOps toolchains and CI/CD processes

Databases & Tools:

• PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Maven, Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ IDEA, and Artifactory
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Office
• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development (vibe coding)

Methodologies:

• Experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum
