Teleperformance in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project. You will review videos, posts, and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies, working in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires native Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2) skills, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain professional handling of sensitive content.

We're working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Your Role:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments
• Identify and upscale inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content
• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends
