Product Pulse in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking Content Moderators to moderate user-generated content for an on-site TikTok project. You will review videos, posts, and comments in Italian, ensuring they meet community guidelines and policies, while maintaining a safe online experience for users worldwide.

The role requires native to fluent Italian (C1/C2), good English (B2), and a proactive, detail-focused attitude.

We're working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Your Role:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments

• Identify and elevate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content

• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends

• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records

• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team
