A leading company seeks Italian speakers to fill the role of Customer Legal Advisors in Lisbon. You will assist clients with legal inquiries related to airline policies and regulations, ensuring excellent customer service. This on-site position offers a structured schedule with weekends off and includes bonuses and allowances.

Serviços

Performance bonus: EUR 150/month
Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day

Qualificações

  • Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal.
  • Legal or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.

Start Date: April 10, 2025

We are seeking a Italian speakers to join our client's international team as Customer Legal Advisors to provide exceptional customer service for an airline company in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist clients with legal inquiries related to airline policies, regulations, and claims. This is a fully on-site position with a structured schedule and weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle legal inquiries related to airline regulations, passenger rights, and claims.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies and industry regulations.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to resolve disputes effectively.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Portuguese time).
  • Two days off: Saturday & Sunday.
  • On-site position in Lisbon.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal:
    • EU ID, residence card, or Manifestação de Interesse.
    • Job-seeker visa
  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
  • Legal or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Base salary: EUR 1,000/month (paid over 14 months).
  • Performance bonus: EUR 150 per month (paid over 12 months).
  • Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day.
  • Transport allowance: EUR 20 per month.
  • Health insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required). Fully covered after 6 months.
Relocation Support:
  • For candidates relocating to Lisbon:
    • Flight reimbursement (up to EUR 400 in Economy class)
    • Shared accommodation option for up to 12 months, bills included (upon a contribution deducted from salary).
