100Hires, Inc. is seeking Italian-speaking customer support specialists to start or develop their career while living in Greece. No prior professional experience is required, only strong communication skills and motivation to learn.

Fully paid relocation is provided, with remote work from anywhere in Greece. You will join an international support team, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat and helping customers navigate accounts and products.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2+).
• Strong communication and digital skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsabilités

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with questions and requests.
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries.
• Resolve basic issues and guide customers toward the right solution.
• Use internal systems and digital tools to manage customer requests.
