The position is on-site with full onboarding and ongoing coaching, providing clear growth paths within a multicultural team. English is used daily, and prior CS experience is a plus but not required.

We're recruiting Italian speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Client prefers candidates who never worked for them before.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Italian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
