Une entreprise internationale recherche un Spécialiste de l'Expérience Client parlant italien pour rejoindre leur équipe à Lisbonne. Dans ce rôle de service clientèle, vous serez chargé d'assister les clients d'une marque renommée d'appareils électroménagers. Ce poste est à temps plein, avec un contrat à durée déterminée d'un an et divers avantages, y compris un bonus mensuel et des allocations.

About the job Italian-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist Small Gadgets Project

Start Date: April 10, 2025

We are looking for Italian speakers to join our international client's team as Customer Service Representatives to provide support for a well-known small appliances brand. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and provide exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.

- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time).

- Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day during the week.

- Includes work on bank holidays (extra payment is applicable)

- On-site position in Lisbon.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Fluency in Italian (C2 and higher) and a good command of English (B2, written and spoken).

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal (possession of either one of the following is required):

Contract & Compensation:

- Type of contract: 1-year fixed-term contract.

- Base salary: EUR 1,000/month (paid over 14 months).

- Performance bonus: EUR 100 per month (paid over 12 months).

- Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day.

- Transport allowance: EUR 20 per month.

- Health insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required). Fully covered after 6 months.

Relocation Support:

- For candidates relocating to Lisbon:

- Flight reimbursement (up to EUR 400 in Economy class)

- Shared accommodation option for up to 12 months, bills included
