In this key role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content generated by users on various social media platforms to ensure that our community guidelines are upheld. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review user-generated content on social media platforms in Italian to ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Moderate comments, posts, and interactions, addressing any inappropriate or harmful content swiftly.
  • Engage positively with users by responding to inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Document moderation activities and provide insights on trends, potential issues, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to refine processes and enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in content moderation.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • A background in content moderation, community management, or social media management is preferred.
