Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Sales Expert to drive new business, manage a portfolio of small business clients, and close deals through phone, chat, and email. A €5,000 signing bonus is offered to join the team and accelerate impact.

You will tailor solutions, stay updated on product knowledge, and build lasting client relationships while delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Relocation support is provided for moving to Lisbon.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in Sales
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
• Eager to learn and grow within the industry

Responsabilidades

• Engage with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to uncover sales opportunities and provide customized solutions
• Use a consultative sales approach to help clients achieve their sales objectives
• Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
• Tailor outreach efforts based on each client’s unique needs and goals
• Research market trends and industry needs to develop relevant sales strategies
• Provide expert recommendations to help clients maximize their sales potential
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients
• Offer pre-and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and success
• Track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and offer feedback to enhance sales efforts
• Share success stories to inspire confidence in clients and showcase the impact of our solutions
• Utilize sales tools to communicate effectively and drive success
