You will work with an international team, handling inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels, staying current with platform updates and best practices to deliver

Qualifications

• Language skills: Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience in paid ads campaigns and marketing.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and client-support ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist business customers with questions about digital advertising platforms, campaign setup, and account management.
• Provide support with ad creation, campaign settings, budgets, targeting, and basic performance metrics.
• Guide customers through advertising tools and explain platform features clearly.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, billing, account access, and other advertising-related issues.
• Help customers understand basic campaign performance indicators and available optimization options.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally through email, chat, phone, or other channels.
• Document customer interactions and follow procedures and quality standards.
• Escalate complex technical or advertising issues to specialized teams when needed.
• Stay up to date with advertising platform features and digital marketing trends through ongoing training.
