As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll support customers in Italian by answering questions and helping them use our payment products.

Your Tasks
  • ? Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • ? Help merchants with their products, services, and account questions
  • ? Work closely with other teams like Sales and Marketing
  • ? Suggest ways to make our customer service better and smoother
  • ? Document cases and feedback clearly
What We’re Looking For
  • ? You speak Italian fluently and have a good level of English
  • ? You’re confident using smartphones, tablets, and computers
  • ? You’re friendly, patient, and love talking to people
  • ? You’re curious, like solving problems, and don’t give up easily
  • ? You stay calm and organized, even when it gets busy
  • ? You care deeply about making customers happy
  • ? Experience in a contact center or support team is a plus
