Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Handle complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
