Your future project: join our Italian Customer Advisor team. As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Provide first contact resolutions to customer queries
2. Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication
3. Build meaningful relationships, answering customer questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
4. Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
5. Create an exceptional customer experience that customers value and are proud of
6. Follow management directions and provide feedback

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
2. Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
3. Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
5. A desire to learn and grow, curiosity, investigation, and problem-solving abilities
6. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
7. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon)
