In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for travelers, managing inquiries about flight bookings, schedule adjustments, cancellations, and travel regulations across phone, email, chat, and social media. Requirements
  • Italian fluency (C2 level)

  • EU citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
