NIMBER is seeking an IT Vendor & Contract Manager to own the lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and ICT Services contracts, ensuring governance, compliance and strong financial discipline across key suppliers.

The role requires collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to drive regulatory alignment and robust vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and ICT Services contracts.
• Ensuring regulatory, financial, contractual and operational compliance across critical and relevant suppliers.
• Supporting the governance of critical and relevant suppliers, ensuring controls are in place.
• Preparing executive-level documentation, financial opinions and decision support materials for approval.
• Supporting budget control, financial monitoring and investment decision processes.
• Preparing business cases, investment proposals and supporting documentation.
• Supporting contractual negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring evidence and documentation are available for audits.
• Working with Risk and Compliance teams to align with regulatory and operational risk requirements.

About the job IT Vendor & Contract Manager (DORA & ICT Governance)

We are looking for a consultant who can take ownership of the full lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and ICT Services contracts, ensuring that critical and relevant suppliers are managed with the right level of governance, compliance and business focus.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong contract management experience with financial discipline, regulatory awareness and the ability to work closely with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and ICT Services contracts, ensuring regulatory, financial, contractual and operational compliance across critical and relevant suppliers.

• Managing IT and ICT services contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, including DORA, outsourcing obligations, third-party risk management and Compliance requirements.
• Supporting the governance of critical and relevant suppliers, ensuring that operational, financial and contractual controls are in place.
• Preparing executive-level documentation, financial opinions and decision support materials for approval.
• Supporting budget control, financial monitoring and investment decision processes.
• Preparing business cases, investment proposals and supporting documentation.
• Supporting contractual negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring evidence and documentation are available for internal and external audits.
• Working closely with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational risk requirements.
