NIMBER is seeking an IT Vendor & Contract Manager (DORA & ICT Governance) to own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and ICT Services contracts, ensuring governance, regulatory compliance and cost control across critical suppliers.

The role combines contract management, budgeting discipline and cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to translate complex requirements into practical governance.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT contracts and governance.
• Knowledge of DORA and outsourcing obligations.
• Ability to align regulatory/commercial needs with business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and ICT Services contracts.
• Ensure regulatory, financial, contractual and operational compliance across suppliers (DORA, outsourcing, third-party risk).
• Prepare executive documentation, financial opinions and investment/negotiation support materials.
