Job summary

Job Impulse Portugal procura um Técnico de IT/Sistemas para um projeto internacional na Alemanha. Responsável pela comissionamento, configuração e testes de simuladores de voo, incluindo resolução de problemas complexos de software/hardware e coordenação com o fabricante espanhol.

O candidato ideal possui formação técnica em TI, conhecimentos de redes, hardware e software, e está disponível para trabalhar em dois turnos. Inglês e alemão a partir do nível B2 são obrigatórios.

Qualifications

• Formação técnica ou técnico-profissional em TI ou áreas relacionadas.
• Conhecimentos de administração de sistemas de TI e redes.
• Conhecimento básico a bom de engenharia elétrica e eletrónica.
• Forte compreensão de hardware de computador e componentes técnicos.
• Capacidade de substituir componentes e fazer troubleshooting de hardware.
• Boa compreensão de software e sistemas de TI complexos.
• Capacidade de ler e compreender código de software e identificar/m restringir a origem de erros.
• Conhecimentos de alemão (nível B2 ou superior) e inglês (nível B2 ou superior).
• Disposição para trabalhar em regime de 2 turnos.

Responsibilities

• Comissionamento e configuração técnica de simuladores de voo.
• Gestão de arranque e encerramento dos simuladores.
• Realizar testes de sistema e funcionais.
• Analisar e resolver problemas de hardware e software.
• Instalar atualizações de software e realizar testes funcionais subsequentes.
• Identificar e localizar erros de software nos sistemas dos simuladores.
• Substituir componentes com defeito e executar reparos simples.
• Realizar diagnóstico sistemático de IT, rede, hardware e componentes elétricos/electrónicos.
• Colaborar com o fabricante espanhol e a equipa de suporte técnico para resolver questões complexas de natureza técnica.
• Documentar issues técnicas, atividades de diagnóstico e manutenções concluídas.

Job Impulse Portugal is recruiting a IT / Systems Technician (M/F/D) for an international project in Germany.

Descrição de funções:

• Commissioning and technical setup of flight simulators
• Managing and monitoring the start-up and shutdown procedures of the simulators
• Performing system and functional tests
• Analysing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Installing software updates and performing subsequent functional tests
• Identifying and locating software-related errors within the simulator systems and software code
• Replacing defective hardware components and parts
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance activities
• Systematic troubleshooting of IT, network, hardware and electrical/electronic components
• Working closely with the Spanish manufacturer and its technical support team to resolve more complex technical issues
• Documenting technical issues, troubleshooting activities and completed maintenance work

Requisitos:

• Completed technical or IT-related vocational training, for example as:
• Good knowledge of IT system administration and network technology
• Basic to good knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and technical components
• Ability to replace components and perform hardware-related troubleshooting
• Good understanding of software and complex IT systems
• Ability to read and understand software/code and identify or narrow down the source of software-related errors
• Good troubleshooting and systematic fault-analysis skillsGerman language skills at B2 level or higher
• English language skills at B2 level or higher
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

Nice-to-have

• Spanish language skills
• Experience with complex technical systems, simulators, industrial equipment or machine control systems
• Experience with hardware/software integration
• Experience in technical service, field service, commissioning or system maintenance
• Experience with diagnostic, testing or monitoring tools
