Rumos Group in Lisbon is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to assist end-users with hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure network connectivity across offices. The role requires hands-on problem-solving and the ability to work in a rotating schedule.

You will experience a collaborative team environment, access to ongoing training, and opportunities to work with the latest technologies on challenging projects across diverse sectors.

Qualificações

• Academic qualifications at 12th grade level.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in on-site technical support.
• Solid experience in hardware maintenance (desktops and laptops).
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, structured cabling).
• Software installation and configuration.
• Good knowledge of ticket management tools.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and proactivity in problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, namely: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
