Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Role: Perform proactive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, VoIP, and applications; Support local migrations and new business acquisitions (O365 and Azure); Evaluate and implement new solutions; Ensure high availability and performance of systems.

Profile:

• Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in similar roles;
• Proven professional experience in Cloud and migrations in Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS) and O365;
• Solid knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID);
• Proven experience with VoIP solutions and Fortinet solutions;
• Proficiency in system troubleshooting tools (e.g. PowerShell, scripting, among others);
• Knowledge of security and networking best practices;
• Substantial skills in server operating systems;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to analyse and convey complex issues to support teams;
• Management of incident/technical case follow-up directly with end users.
