Hiire is helping Bluepharma, a leading Portuguese pharmaceutical group from Coimbra, with a strong international presence, hire an IT Support Technician to help them advance their innovative methods and excellence!

About the Role:

As an IT Support Technician at Bluepharma, you'll have the opportunity to support the entire IT technological infrastructure at our company.

You'll be leveraging your expertise and knowledge in different areas from hardware to software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all the technological infrastructure;
  • Follow and resolve users' requests;
  • Provide technical support, helpdesk assistance, and support users on the phone and on-site;
  • Maintain our software and hardware;
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues;
  • Manage our Active Directory;
  • Work on ongoing projects within support scope.
Your Qualifications:
  • Professional education in Informatics, Electrotechnics, or similar;
  • Professional experience in the role (on-site);
  • Experience in repairing infrastructure and hardware;
  • Knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP), Operating Systems, and Hardware;
  • Technical knowledge of structured cabling;
  • Strong Office 365 knowledge (SharePoint, Teams);
  • Availability for preventive duties;
  • Native Portuguese level, and at least an intermediate level of English.
